WHAT WE MUST DO FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE NOW

 WHAT WE MUST DO FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY AS THE GAME IS CHANGING

1. All state and Local Government to start paying pre-employment allowance for all young graduates  after painstaking data capturing until  they are gainfully employed.

2. All state and Local governments to immediately open credit bureau for young people  interested in small scale business to access interest free loan or grant  after painstaking data capturing.

3. All States and Local governments to immediately set up grant in term of machinery for artisans among the young men and women.

4.All States and  Local governments should place all young men and women on monthly allowance after painstaking data collation.

5. All States and Local Governments to immediately set up sport and recreation park for young people to relax and recreate energy via sport and other activities. This may include occasional refreshment to be sponsored by philanthropists and political leadership.

6. All States and Local governments to immediately set up  regular town hall meeting by constructing a youth engagement centers to include hall and shopping complex to be managed by Committee of young people which can be used to also generate fund for sustained activities.

7. All States and local government to immediately actionate bursar allowances to all young people from each state and local governments schooling anywhere within the country

8. All States and Local Governments should immediately open new media communication network for the young people to access the leadership and ventilate issues before it snowball into conflict.

9. All departments and ministry  of youths at Federal, State and Local Governments should immediately come alive with very spirited programs to constructively and truly engage the young people. Time of fake and play has gone, it's real  business now.

All the above we can do immediately and money is never an excuse if we have ever learnt any lesson from the  on going bitter experience we hope end soon.

 This recommendations are achievable through the following means

 1. Ministry of Youth Budget

 2. Steady but always diverted LOCAL GOVERNMENT ALLOCATIONS 

3. SECURITY VOTE. This is about SOCIAL SECURITY

4. Corporate organisation and philanthropist

5. Special/Emergency fund 

 I don't expect excuse.

I am readily available to be a volunteer to achieve all highlighted.
